What is your shipping policy?

CaroHome.com offers free shipping on all orders over $125 excluding wholesale within the continental United States.

Our approximate delivery times are as follows for U.S. Orders:

  • Standard/Ground Shipping: Delivery time is 3-7 business days from order placement.
  • Expedited Shipping: Delivery time is 2-3 business days from order placement.
  • Priority/Overnight Shipping: Delivery time is 1-2 business days from order placement.

How long will it take to receive my order?

  • FedEx Ground/Home Delivery: Delivery time is 3-7 business days from order placement.
  • FedEx 2Day: Delivery time is 2-3 business days from order placement.
  • FedEx Standard Overnight: Delivery time is 1-2 business days from order placement

What is your return/exchange policy?

If you are not satisfied with an item purchased online at CaroHome.com, you may return or exchange unused and unwashed items with all original tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

To initiate a return, please contact us at customerservice@carohome.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) code and further instructions. Returns sent without an RMA will not be accepted.

Please note that returns not due to damage, defect, or an error on our part are subject to a flat $20 restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility in these cases.

If your item arrived damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 days of delivery and we will make it right at no cost to you.

If you purchased a Caro Home product through another retailer — such as Kohl's, HomeGoods, or TJ Maxx — please return or exchange it directly through that store. Caro Home is only able to assist with orders placed on CaroHome.com.

How do I care for my Caro Home towels?

For best results, wash your towels before first use. Machine wash in cold water and tumble dry on low. Avoid fabric softener — it coats the cotton fibers over time and reduces absorbency.

For richly colored towels, wash separately with similar colors to prevent color transfer.

You may notice some lint during the first couple of washes — this is completely normal with new premium towels and resolves on its own. It will reduce after every wash.

New towels may also feel less absorbent at first. This is caused by finishing agents applied during manufacturing. After 2 to 3 washes, you'll notice a clear difference. Adding a small splash of white vinegar helps speed up the process.

With the right care, your Caro Home towels are designed to get softer and more absorbent with every wash.
