What is your shipping policy?

CaroHome.com offers free shipping on all orders over $100 excluding wholesale within the continental United States.

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days and are shipped via FedEx Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

How long will it take to receive my order?

  • FedEx Ground/Home Delivery: Delivery time is 3-7 business days from order placement.
  • FedEx 2Day: Delivery time is 2-3 business days from order placement.
  • FedEx Standard Overnight: Delivery time is 1-2 business days from order placement

What is your return/exchange policy?

If you are not satisfied with any item(s) purchased online at CaroHome.com, you are welcome to return or exchange any unused and unwashed items with the tags still attached within thirty (30) days of delivery. Please contact customer service at customerservice@carohome.com to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) code and further instructions. You may be charged a small shipping and handling fee depending on the nature of your return.
